Hi, I'm Adrienna, and I work as a marketing director at a local marketing agency in Plymouth. I've experienced firsthand the challenges of finding work without prior experience. It's frustrating when employers ask for experience, but you can't gain experience without someone giving you an opportunity. 

I believe this is a universal challenge in recruitment and employment, especially for young females like myself.

In male-dominated business meetings, I've often found myself as the only woman in the room. It can be intimidating, but I believe it's important to stand out and express opinions without fear of intimidation. I try to take the opportunity to make my voice heard and offer my ideas and opinions. I believe that everyone is equal and that with hard work and dedication, anyone can make a name for themselves.
