These toolkits have been designed with input and consultation with employers attending the Progressing the People working lunches organised by Real Ideas Organisation in 2022-2023.

 

Each toolkit offers a range of advice and support for small and micro businesses on various topics.

Toolkits will help you to address recruitment challenges, change your workforce to be more inclusive and help you to tackle approaches to pay equality and better working conditions.
