Hi, I'm Isobel. I've recently graduated from university and am now working full-time as a business support administrator on a temporary contract in Plymouth. I've always believed that having young people in the workforce is important to bring a fresh perspective and adaptability. Our generation sees the world differently, and we're not afraid of change. However, I can be perceived as quite shy, quite unsure of myself, and quite doubtful. I think it's important for employers to be open to hiring young people and giving them a chance to be themselves and offer their unique ideas and perspectives. It's not always easy to conform to the expectations of the workplace, especially for someone without prior professional experience.
