Hi I'm Maria and in my job I develop employability programs for young people in Plymouth and Cornwall. My role involves doing engagement and evaluation for these programs, which includes social media and marketing. Post-COVID, it has become increasingly difficult for young people to get into the workforce due to factors such as their background and education.

As someone who struggles with mental health problems, I understand the hesitation to disclose this information on job applications. However, I believe that having mental health problems can allow you to see things in a different way and should not discourage anyone from pursuing their goals.
