Hi, I'm Natasha and I work in public art, urban design, and technology, focusing on community involvement. The pandemic has affected the way people connect and bounce ideas off each other, which has affected creativity in the workforce. I decided to stay in Plymouth after graduating and was told I would have to sacrifice ambition. However, I found out about the creative leak happening in Plymouth, where the city is investing in training people in creative fields but they end up leaving. This results in younger people and women being excluded from opportunities, making it harder for them to break through. My advice is to take a chance on someone whose passion shines through rather than solely relying on their CV.
