Skills Session - Foundations in Effective Line Management

As part of our commitment to Inclusive Recruitment, we are working with Real Ideas is working to support businesses in the city.

This will be a live webinar hosted by BrightFox. Times 10am to 11.30am.

The 90 minutes will give an introduction into the two mainareas of effective line management: The person and the processes.

We will look at the foundations of effective management including self-awareness and communication, as well as how to make the processes that support line management as supportive as possible.

The overarching theme for the session is effective line management in order to manage employees well, and participants can expect to come away from the hour with practical tips and advice they can embed into their working practice.
