Plymouth Social Enterprise Festival 2022

Shake It Up; Interesting Times

Wednesday 16th – Wednesday 23rd November

We are looking for local active projects, groups or organisations who have implemented or are inspiring change as a result of the rapidly changing conditions we find ourselves in, who could offer to run a workshop, event, talk or participatory session at this year’s Festival. This could be anything from a 1-hour event to a half-day workshop. If you are planning any events around these dates and would like to be included under the wider festival programme, please let us know.

There’s been a lot of talk about change recently. But when we’re done talking, what’s actually changed?

The 2021 Plymouth Social Enterprise Festival focused on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, so now we’ve looked at what needs to change, ‘Shake It Up; Interesting Times’ will be a week of events to look at what steps we’re taking to get there and how we can do it.

Change can be scary, so we’re going to tackle it together. You’ll be able to learn from others who have shifted their ways of working, get advice from experts about how to improve your own activities and take part in vibrant and dynamic conversations to move our enterprising city to the next stage.

We want to show that change is possible, and how all the talking can lead to positive action to benefit our society economically, environmentally and socially.
