Harris Hounds are very proud to offer a free of charge dog walking service to members of the NHS and other key-working blue light services. We wanted to take the pressure off people and give them one less thing to think about after a long busy day. The criteria of this were they must have taken on extended hours at work to fight against COVID-19, not have a local support network locally, not be able to afford our services. On the back of this we chose 3 people and walked their dogs once - twice a week for a 10 week period completely free of charge, it was unbelievably rewarding and we would jump at the chance to do it over again if the need arose.
