This guide describes how to use the Social Value Model (‘the Model’). Commercial practitioners at all levels within central government departments, executive agencies and non-departmental public bodies (referred to in this document as ‘in-scope organisations’) must use this guide when implementing the Model in all stages of the procurement lifecycle.
