"When we came to Jonathan Keable & Adrienna Cheshire of Business Success SW Ltd in Nov 2019, to help us grow our business, we had a team of 3. Now March 2021, we boast a team of 12, with plans to take on 2 in April through Kick Start, and a further 2-3 employees in the next 6-8 months.
This fast acceleration of our business through the pandemic, has been as a result of gaining business & marketing knowledge that has transformed Ben & I from working as tradesmen on our tools, to employing & managing a team of tradesmen.
A key training discipline we learnt was how to create a Business Plan & Marketing Strategy, manage cash flow & create a forecast to grow. This has all grown our confidence. We have added Gas Safe, Certass, 3 Best rated & CHAS Accreditations.
This mentoring also gave us the HR skills to recruit, employ, train & manage a local team that we are proud to lead.
As business owners our knowledge has grown massively in the last 15 months. We cannot possibly tell you what this means to us, our families our employees and our business.
