Alison is the Manager of Alexandra House Nursery in Crownhill, Plymouth.
Recognising the importance of networking with other businesses and establishing new connections, Alison decided to become a member of The Plymouth Charter.
Alison established a connection with Real Ideas, advocates for inclusive recruitment and workforces, through The Plymouth Charter. Real Ideas collaborated with Alison to explore innovative recruitment methods. By participating in the working lunches, Alison discovered fresh approaches to promoting her business to a wider audience and has subsequently engaged with individuals she met during these networking events.
