Amy, a University of Plymouth graduate, is now pursuing her Masters at Arts University Plymouth.

Amy's research forum, the Play Method, explores how play can build confidence, resilience and ultimately improve wellbeing in both our personal and professional lives.

She's challenging the notion that play is solely "childlike" and demonstrating its profound impact on adult growth.

But Amy's vision goes even further. She's aiming to establish a non-profit charity to support neurodiverse individuals in Plymouth, helping them with things like HR support, legal advice, transport assistance, and accessing assessments.
She sees Plymouth as a growing, evolving, and welcoming cultural city.
