Anxiety and believing in yourself... when you can’t leave the house.

Ellie has just finished a Public Service Course at City College Plymouth. She wants to go into the Air Force having been inspired by veterans in her family and Plymouth’s annual Armed Forces Day.

Ellie has suffered from anxiety and wants employers to know that it isn't just in someone's head, and they can just calm down. It takes time.
