Meet Josh, a young professional making waves in Plymouth!

Josh is currently working for Clarity Wealth in Plymouth and studying to become a fully qualified independent financial advisor. When not working or studying Josh dedicates his time to the lifeboat crew (with around 200 shouts a year!) and is in training with the Royal Marine Reserves.

How to get the best from young employees? Josh recommends trusting good people to get on and deliver. He believes they'll feel more valued and therefore do better quality work. Bring in the digitally savvy too, helping the older generation embrace technology!
