Kay

Legal Aid Support

What’s your best ever decision?

Following a personal experience, for Kay, it was pursuing her law degree.

Kay is passionate about supporting survivors of domestic abuse, ensuring they have the resources and guidance to move forward into the next chapters of their lives.

Her expertise lies in legal aid, navigating the complexities of divorce and financial settlements, and gathering evidence of domestic abuse.

Plymouth is a city that stands out for its commitment to supporting survivors of domestic abuse and addressing violence against women and girls.

Kay’s office, located right on the iconic Plymouth Hoe has a supportive work culture. From wild swimming to coffee meetups and Sunday lunches, the team prioritises work-life balance and building connections outside of the office.

This approach is especially important in today’s job market, where attracting and retaining talent can be challenging. Kay emphasizes that people don’t want to sacrifice their personal lives for their careers—they want to spend time with family, pursue hobbies, and enjoy life. Creating a workplace that values this balance is key.
