Meeting Skye, she completed an apprenticeship in youth work and now works in children's services applying her personal experience of being a child in the care system.

Her advice to big employers is to have wellbeing rooms and to support through listening.

She says "Lots of young people go through their own challenges. They are more productive if you help them through their struggles."
